Ongoing partnership — personal brand, digital presence, and audience development

The partnership

Rachita joined Clan Alpha Studio to build her personal brand from the ground up. The engagement is in its early phase and spans positioning, content, and the systems that support both.

The brief
Rachita has 25 years of experience as a nutritionist and wellness coach, and her business has grown entirely by word of mouth. Referral traffic keeps a practice alive, but it also caps it, because the only people who ever hear about her are those who already know someone she has worked with. She arrived with no personal brand, no defined offerings, and no digital presence, which meant that a quarter-century of expertise had no way to reach anyone outside that circle.

What we are doing

The first work was positioning, built around her own voice, her aesthetic, and the specific case she wants to make about nutrition and holistic health. That position now governs everything she publishes.

From there, we are building her digital presence and pushing her content toward audiences with no prior connection to her. Reaching people who already follow her proves very little. Reaching people who have never heard her name is what turns a referral practice into a discoverable one, and that shift is the point of the work.

Where does it go next?

The immediate goal is a steady flow of inquiries originating on social media rather than through referrals. Alongside it, we are shaping her offerings, so the audience arriving through discovery finds something clear to buy.
